What REV Core actually is

REV Core is how we practice. You get time, a physician who will look for the cause, a plan you can follow, and a team that does not disappear after one visit.

It is the right membership if you have more than one issue, if things have been called “normal” and you still feel wrong, or if you want a real functional workup — hormones, thyroid, metabolism, sleep, gut, heart — not a 15-minute refill lane.

Labs are billed to insurance when we can. Cash and insurance members have included visits each year, then member pricing after that. Setup and monthly or annual dues are separate from insurance.

Core-level care

Traditional Medicare (Part B ± a supplement we can bill) and Advantage plans we can bill.

  • $200 setup fee waived
  • Same Core-level care at Medicare membership pricing
  • We bill Medicare for covered services
  • CommunityCare Senior and CommunityCare commercial are cash — not this card

Why We Use a Membership Model

Most clinics give you ten minutes and a prescription.

Membership is how we buy time — to listen, find the cause, and stay with you. We still bill insurance or Medicare for what they cover. The membership pays for the part they do not.
