Can I get treatment for acute issues (e.g., strep throat)?

Yes. These visits are billed to insurance or count toward your included visits if cash/high-deductible.

Do I get an annual physical (like in REV Core)?

Access: no; Core: yes — the Annual Health Assessment (EKG, SphygmoCor, and DEXA as appropriate).

Can I upgrade/downgrade later?

Upgrade to REV Core anytime. Moving Core → Access requires confirming you have ≤2 simple issues and short visits are sufficient (provider approval).

Cancellation?

Membership is annual. You can cancel; remaining annual commitment applies (as outlined in the agreement).
